About Me

Saira Ali has graduated in Mass communication, studied photography from NCA and is currently pursuing her MPhil degree in Communication Studies. She’s a Lahori by nature but a globetrotter by heart. She’s no less than a travel freak who enjoys traveling solo, exploring new places and experimenting new things on her own.

She’s travelled to UK, UAE, Malaysia and Thailand internationally and many tourist destinations across Lahore, Islamabad, Karachi, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Jhelum, Peshawar, Malakand, Abbotabad, Muzaffarabad, Bahawalpur, Multan, Chakwal, Skardu, Hunza, Azad Kashmir, Chitral, Swat and countless cities all over Pakistan. The ones remaining are all on her wish list. She believes Pakistan holds immense beauty with its diverse topographic regions and she wishes to see the most of it, encouraging others to explore its beauty too.

Being a woman trekker, she enjoys hiking over mountains, photographing natural beauty, and documenting real stories from around the world. She loves to travel within groups but believes that solo traveling is the best as it teaches lessons learnt from your own exploration. Her urge for traveling is what keeps her going.

She tweets at SairaAKQ and her personal blog is www.sairaalikhan.wordpress.com
